Writing & Drawing Update ✨🖤 Somehow between working full-time, wrangling kids, and chasing dogs who believe they’re faster than the speed of light 🐕💨… I am making progress! 📚 Edits: I’ve officially hit the halfway point on The Endless Dark ! 🎉 Progress is slow (see above chaos), but steady. Every stolen pocket of time—early mornings, late nights, and coffee-fueled weekends—gets me one step closer to a story I can’t wait to share with you. 🎨 Art: To celebrate, I’ve been sketching some of the characters, and now Rhordan, Vesna, Amara, and Keris (the Endless of Darkness) have faces on paper! It’s been a blast bringing them to life visually, even if they sometimes refuse to sit still in my imagination long enough for me to draw them. ✨ The Chaos Factor: Writing while parenting + working + dog-chasing = not for the faint of heart. Almost There: A Peek Behind the Edits of The Endless Dark

The final stretch is always the most intense—and the most thrilling. I’m almost done with the last round of edits for The Endless Dark , and I have to admit: it feels like standing at the edge of the cliff in my own story, staring down into the abyss, heart racing. Every revision has been about making the story sharper, the stakes higher, and the emotions—fear, grief, love—resonate more deeply. I’ve been combing through each scene, polishing dialogue, adjusting pacing, and making sure the world itself feels alive: the icy caverns, the storm-lashed cliffs, the pulse of magic beneath the surface. Soon, it will be ready for my incredible beta readers to step into this world. I can’t wait to see how they react to the darkness, the monsters, and the choices the characters must make. The tension, the peril, the fleeting moments of hope—it’s all there, refined and ready to breathe.
